Prepping the House 

Prior to photos, we will provide a complimentary staging consultation to help get your house ready.  Our photographer will provide professional photos, aerial photos, amenity photos, and a virtual walk-thru to showcase the selling points of your house. Every house has features that would appeal to buyers and it is our job to help highlight those features.

Online Marketing 

In addition to the MLS and our website, your home will be listed on several top real estate search sites on the Web, such as: Realtor.com, Trulia.com, Zillow.com, as well as on major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. When it comes to marketing, we believe more coverage equals to more exposure.

Solicit Other Agents

We know that 90% of sales will come from licensed real estate agents. With statistics like this, we must capitalize on the 20,000 agents that are working with buyers. Our efforts include:

1) contacting all top producing agents who have sold similar homes in the area 

2) networking with top producing agents in cities with buyers moving to the area

3) weekly social media posts on realtor groups in other cities and states

Active Prospecting

Our agents actively and aggressively prospect and will follow up on all leads seven days a week. All leads will be followed up within 2 days. We will promote your property to other owners in your community in hopes a friend or family member is looking to make a purchase in the same area. In addition, we will reach out to renters of properties similar to yours that may be looking to make a purchase.
